.NET C# winforms + sql developer project at its zenith ! 10 nzd$/project max. its' not that big -- 9

I have a ContactDeleteForm c# winforms windows for which you should write code by one programmer and the other programmer to create tables in database for that form and add Contact_Delete stored proc. you, ie both programmers should add comments who did what! and you should create a seperate sql file other than the database and add stored proc to database! Looking for like friendly and good programmers!
