.NET Web Application for Health Check

I urgently need a .NET expert to create a new .net project (v. 8).

This task involves:

- Implementing a login feature via websocket
- Ensuring the feature is able to perform a 'health check' on our API (login, receiving result, handling timeout)
- Displaying the results of this check in plain html (no client side javascript allowed)

Key Points:
- The login feature isn't for user authentication or access control; its primary objective is for health checking.
- The health check should specifically monitor the API for availability.
- We recommend using fleck for the websocket functionality
- We recommend using log4net for the logging part
- We want to configure the target wss address in the configuration
- We want to have the source-code

This needs to be done urgently, so I'm looking for someone who is able to work on this and complete it ASAP.

Ideally, you should have:
- Proficient in .NET
- Experienced in working with websockets
- Familiar with creating monitoring solutions
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
