.NET 6 WPF Desktop App for Simple Photo/Video Capture

I need an example with source code to preview and capture photos and videos from a camera connected to the computer (for example, a web cam). It must be in .NET 6 (not .NET Framework or other versions of .NET or .NET Core), as a WPF Desktop App. It cannot depend on the Windows built-in Camera app. Developer must be in the U.S. and must have authorization to work in the U.S. Thank you!
