C# .NET UPS API Developer

I need a C# .NET programmer to integrate UPS API functionalities into an existing .NET website.
UPS is switching over from their current API to OAUTH 2.0. Everything works as it should now, but in June the current API will no longer work.
We use rate calculation, time in transit, and creating a shipment. We do not need address validation and some other things that do not pertain to us.
The core of the project is implementing UPS API functionalities. You will need to handle package tracking, calculate shipping rates, and create shipments through the UPS API with OAUTH 2.0
Ideally, you should have experience with C# and .NET, as well as UPS API integration. Previous work with this is ideal and would like to see examples.
I will provide the Visual Studio project as well as a MS SQL database for you to test with locally.
I also have the keys that will be needed from UPS.
