.NET MAUI XAML UX Developer Needed

I'm looking for an experienced .NET MAUI XAML UX developer to enhance the UI of my small cross-platform application. The app must run smoothly on iOS (iPad) as well as Windows Desktop. I'm looking to improve both the layout and design, and the user interactions, making it more intuitive and visually appealing.

Key requirements include:
- Proficiency with .NET MAUI
- Strong background in XAML for building professional UIs
- Understanding of iOS and Windows Desktop development
- Experience in UX design and user interaction

Your application should include your past work in similar projects. I'm particularly interested in seeing projects that you've worked on for both iOS and Windows Desktop, as well as examples of your UX and UI design work.

The core of the application exists already but has not been published to the app store yet. It leverages MAUI AppShell and is quite basic with less than 10 screens (screenshots attached):
- Need a better and splash screen
- Welcome with Login / Logout
- Stream playback with chat column that can be toggled
- Screen with Chat and documents sharing feature (upload a doc from local device, download media available: pictures, documents...)
- A settings screen with just 1-2 actions at the moment: Upload local log file to server, enable debug mode)
