.NET MAUI Azure DevOps Pipeline (YAML) build and distribute to MS App Center

Create an Azure DevOps Build and Release Pipeline in YAML which on commit to the 'master' branch:
Builds, Runs tests, and Distributes Android, iOS, and Windows stores, using MS App Center.

Pipeline-specific requirements:
3 Stages: Android, IOS, and Windows

Source project details:
Existing Azure DevOps Project
Existing Azure DevOps repo containing a .NET Maui Blazor Hybrid solution

Dependencies:
NuGet and custom Nuget Feed (already created)

Previous experience as an Azure DevOps engineer essential.

On commit to master branch, the pipeline must build and distribute the mobile application to Android, iOS, and Windows stores using MS App center.

Note* On being awarded you will be invited to the Azure DevOps project to create the YAML pipeline.

Background:
Building and distributing a .NET MAUI Blazor Hybrid application to MS App center is a similar process to distributing a Xamarin application.
