.NET and Docker Debug Environment Setup

Get this sample code https://github.com/MassTransit/Sample-GettingStarted running and debugging in a Docker container using in VS Code and .NET 8, on my Mac. Will need a Docker files created which start up the .NET container and the RabbitMQ container. I may need a screenshare to help me get it up and running. I'm new to VS Code.
