.NET Developer with experience in LinqToDB to rewrite search logic

I have an existing piece of code that pull data from two tables and compares them in-memory. I'm looking for a .NET developer who can help me re-write this logic so that the comparison can be done in the database. Ideally, I'd like this logic to be written using LINQ with LinqToDb library, but I'm open to other suggestions.

Please bid if you have experience in working with .NET, Linq, Oracle DB and LinqToDB.
