C#/.NET Developer Needed for Simple Desktop UI -- 3

I am looking for a C#/.NET desktop developer to complete the first small milestone of a larger PowerLink-connected application. For now, the task is very simple: build a clean Windows desktop UI shell (based on my wireframe) with large buttons, two text fields, and empty preview areas—no backend logic, no camera integration, no PowerLink queries yet. This milestone is paid at $20 and is only to test your UI skills, communication, and reliability before continuing with additional paid milestones such as barcode scanning, Canon camera control, image processing, and integration with the Hollander PowerLink OpenSQL database.
