.NET Code for Automatic FTP File Sync

I'm looking for a .NET developer to create a code that automatically syncs files between two FTP locations. The files to be synced are both ZIP and JSON files. The synchronization should be triggered as soon as a file arrives at location A, it should be synced to location B.
