.NET & Angular Mentor Needed

I’m hiring a seasoned .NET + Angular engineer who can act as a personal mentor for a friend of mine in Udaipur. She has three years of support experience in infosys and has just moved into an SDE role in different company, so she needs guided, practical coaching rather than generic tutorials.

The focus is pure mentorship and guidance delivered through one-on-one video calls. During these sessions you will walk her through the tickets already assigned to her, explain the underlying concepts, review her code, and show her how to debug, refactor, write tests, and follow best practices that align with real-world enterprise workflows.

Early in the engagement I’ll also need a brief, well-vetted shortlist of a few additional .NET/Angular tutors (with phone numbers) so we have backup options if scheduling ever becomes difficult.

Deliverables
• Initial discovery video call and skills assessment
• Tailored learning roadmap built around her current backlog
• Weekly (or more frequent) live video mentoring sessions with screen-sharing and recorded call links
• Ongoing chat support for quick questions between calls
• A concise contact list of alternate tutors, including direct numbers, shared privately after project start
