VB.NET to ASP.NET Migration.

I have a desktop application written in VB.NET that needs to become a browser-based solution on ASP.NET. I will supply the complete VB.NET solution, database schema, and sample data; the goal is to reproduce the same behaviour in a modern ASP.NET Web App while keeping architecture clean and future-proof.

Key points I need addressed:
• Every existing screen, form, and workflow must work the same way through a responsive web UI.
• Any desktop-specific code (file dialogs, local paths, WinForms controls) should be refactored to web-friendly patterns.
• All business logic already encapsulated in classes should be reused where possible; only the presentation layer should be overhauled.
• Final deliverable is a Visual Studio solution that builds without errors, runs under .NET 6+ with Razor Pages or MVC, and includes clear deployment notes for IIS or Azure App Service.
• A short walkthrough video or screenshots that prove parity with the original app will serve as acceptance criteria.

I will handle hosting once the migration is complete, so focus purely on code, UI, and documentation. Looking forward to seeing how you’d approach a clean, maintainable port.
