Multi-Account Telegram Translation Interface

I need a Windows-only desktop interface that can host several portable versions of Telegram side-by-side. Once up, every incoming chat line should appear instantly in its original language and, underneath, as a real-time subtitle in the language I set. When I reply, I want to type in my own language, have the text auto-translated, and send only that translated line so the recipient never sees the original.

Access to the interface itself must be protected by a simple username-and-password login; after signing in I can add, remove, or switch between as many Telegram portable accounts as I like.

Please write clean, well-commented code and keep the structure open for the next wave of features—scheduled sends, automatic follow-ups after X days of silence, and basic CRM-style contact fields. As long as future modules can plug in without rewriting the core, we’re good.

• Outgoing message translation toggle with “send translated only” option
• Multi-account management tied to a username/password login
