Motor Testing with Modbus Protocol Software
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a motor testing setup using Modbus TCP/IP.
Requirements:
- Experience with Modbus TCP/IP

In Excel =>
=> Sheet "Software Window 1", which sample Login Screen
=> 2 Types of Users : Admin and Operator
=> Admin will create 1 or more operators with username and password, In default Data there will be 1 Admin by default
=> Each Screen Entry, View, Edit, Delete Separate rights User wise

These are master details, testing will be done as selected Model.
1 Model Can Have 1 record Only

On Selection of Model,
For Insulation Resistance (Megger Test) Pre defined : Min. Insulation resistance (MΩ), Max. Insulation resistance (MΩ), "Test Time (Second) (Megger Test)" : Data will come from “Software Window 2-A” sheet
Megger Voltage (Volt) => at the Place of Indicate => Display As Actual from instrument, while testing (Value of Voltage)
For High Voltage Test Pre defined : Min. Voltage (Volt), Max. Voltage (Volt), Min. Current (mAmp.), Max. Current (mAmp.), "Test Time (Second) (HV Test)"
=> Hi Voltage Parameters : High Voltage, Milliampere
=> Insulation Tester Parameters : Resistance and Voltage
=> Communication On Modbus Protocol
=> You can use Modbus To Serial and Serial To USB To Take Data in Computer
=> Time Factor With Hi Voltage Start Stop Facility - Relay Output Will Be Done Via PLC Via Modbus, Also Save Date
=> Modbus TCP IP Data Available : Relay Output, High Voltage, Milliampere, Resistance and Voltage : Test
=> 1st Insulation Tester Connection, Resistance and Test For Voltage ... Read Resistance Via Modbus
=> Megger Criteria For Pass and Fail => If value is Less Than Min Or More than Max Insulation resistance (MΩ) : For Megger Voltage (Volt) Between
=> Then High Voltage started from 0 To 1200 Voltage... It is So Fast that It may go beyond 1200 till we get data in computer, so we set Milliseconds To Reach 1200 Voltage, for example 1250 millisecond
=> After That Milliseconds, Hold
=> Tripping May Come Via Digital Input, Trip means HV Fail
=> Again Run if Trip
=> Withstood Means Stopped
=> After 2 Fail, No need of 3rd Test : Each data Record
=> Excel "Software Window 2-B" Sheet
=> After High Voltage, Insulation Tester
=> Start Stop
=> Pass and Fail Condition
=> We have to store data in database
=> ReportsSummary is 1 record per 1 session of Testing
=> Report is All Records of All testing
