Mortgage Web Application
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
The job is to create a web-based application that will allow the user to input values for the standard 1003 mortgage form (see attachments). The application will then take the information and create a PDF file (template provided) and Fannie Mae 3.2 file. The format of the Fannie Mae File will be provided once we receive a Non-Disclosure Agreement. The form that will collect the information from the user will need to be secured (https) and a back-end will need to be built for our clients to access the information that the users submit. When submitting the form the user will need the ability to save the form and finish it later.
Detailed requirements will be provided to qualified candidates but for security purposes they are on a strictly need-to-know basis. The preferred implementation would be in VB.NET. We will provide a test bed server with adobe 7.0 professional and any other nessasary software installed if needed.
This is a time critical project; the successful candidate will be able to complete the project in 14 days or less.
