HR Module Development — .NET 8 + React/TS ERP Integration

I have a complete functional design (written specs, HTML prototypes, and legal document templates) for a new HR module to be built into our existing ERP called MagenttaOne (stack: .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, React 18 + TypeScript, PostgreSQL). The job is to turn these documents into production code — UI, business logic, and database — keeping everything in Spanish.
Scope
The module includes 12 functional blocks already specified: organizational structure, job descriptions, vacancy publishing, interview guides, employee catalog, contracts and administrative records, attendance control, salary adjustments (overtime, bonuses, loans, deductions), payroll records, payroll processing, vacation management, and terminations. All blocks have detailed written requirements and visual prototypes.
Requirements

3+ years with .NET 8/ASP.NET Core + React/TypeScript + PostgreSQL
Must use AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) throughout the project — this is mandatory, not optional
Must be able to understand business rules, identify gaps between specs, and propose solutions — not just code what's written
Will coordinate with existing tech lead for integration into the live system

Deliverable
Fixed-price project. Propose your total cost (taxes included), timeline (start and end dates), and a work plan with milestones per block. Include 15-20% buffer for minor adjustments. Full project brief document provided upon selection.
