Software Developer Needed to Hardcode Local Software for Secure Offline Use (No Internet Callback)
Project Summary:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and ethical software developer to modify an existing desktop application that currently performs an automatic internet callback on launch. When the software doesn't receive a response from the callback, it shuts down.

This project requires hardcoding the software so that it bypasses or neutralizes the callback requirement and can run fully offline within a secure sandboxed environment—used exclusively for local, private backtesting and experimentation.

Your Role:

Analyze the callback mechanism used by the software.

Modify or bypass the callback requirement without affecting other core functions.

Ensure the application runs normally and stably in a zero-internet-access environment.

Maintain the software’s integrity, features, and functionality within the sandbox.

Key Requirements / Skill Sets:

Advanced knowledge of reverse engineering and binary analysis (if needed).

Strong experience in desktop application development (Windows preferred).

Proficiency in C#, C++, .NET, or other applicable languages.

Experience with software patching, callback systems, or license verification routines.

Familiarity with sandbox environments, offline security, and network isolation.

Ability to document your work and explain the approach in clear, professional terms.

Ideal Candidate:

Understands how software enforces callbacks or pings to external servers.

Has previously worked on secure offline environments or backtesting platforms.
