Modifications to existing ASP dotNet application

I have an existing ASP dotNet application with a MSSQL Database that needs modifications. I ONLY want to work with a *highly-experienced* ASP dot Net developer in HOUSTON TEXAS. A face to face meeting will be the first step in my selection process. We will work together to develop a detailed Scope of Work and a Project Quote.
