Microsoft Teams Integration with QuickFMS SaaS Software

QuickFMS is cloud based product, web application developed using Microsoft technologies, Dot Net, SQL and runs on IIS web server with framework of 4.8. We would like to integrate / deploy our web application into Microsoft Teams for all clients who are currently using the application from web browser with https protocol.
Also, we have multiple integrations with all our clients, example we are available on SSO SAML 2.0, users won’t enter the login credentials, the movement browse the URL/click the icon available in one login / one app portal it automatically login and landed on the dashboard with respective privileges.
Queries:
We would like to know, how we can deploy the standalone web application and what could be the steps/process to deploy?
Do we have multiple options like offload the standalone app directly to Teams?
