Machine Maintenance Manager

Looking for a cloud based Azure solution linked to active directory(authentication), that lets users issue job certificates, of maintenance and examination job that has to be done on machineries located in the field.

These are printed certificates with unique certificate number, that have to be filled up by the person concerned, obtain signatures by the onsite engineers and upload the scanned, signed certificate for later retrieval. These values have to be then fed into the certificate in the system.

The system has to then feed the values to a proprietary excel model that will give certain output values that has to be retrieved and maintained in the data store for reports, graphical analysis, later retrieval.
