MVC C# Google My Business Reviews (Partner Application) -- 3

I would like an MVC project .NET Core 6, to list all the businesses for the user and when the user selects the business from the list, the app should display all the reviews in a different page, and there should be a reply button so the app can reply on behalf of the business.

All the pages should be functional and the service account creation must be documented step by step with screenshots.
