Looking for one client but for long term

Please read carefully. This post is ONLY for direct client not individual freelancers.

Looking for one client but for long term. I prefer someone from US/Europe but he/she can be from anywhere in the world.
I have done full time remote work in past so honesty is important from other side too.

My tech stack includes C#, .NET, ASP.NET (MVC, Core), Web APIs, JavaScript, React JS, jQuery, SQL Server, MySQL. In short, the things we need to build frontend and backend.

Please ONLY reply if you are
a. Direct client
b. Honest
c. Willing to hire an experienced software engineer for long term remote work
d. Can pay weekly/monthly for my services like for 40 hours per week

I am NOT interested in Hourly work/rate. I don't prefer sub-contractor who is not a direct client.
