Looking for .NET/Angular/Cosmos DB Full Stack Dev.

Hello,
We are looking for a solid FULL STACK DEV to edit Kleptofinder.com (.NET core + Angular + Cosmos DB + 0Auth + App is hosted on Azure FUNCTIONS)
List of edits:
- Replace 0auth with normal registration/login with Captacha.
- Create a dedicated admin area where we can manage (CRUD) users, see numbers of scans per users (available right now) and manage emails that the users will receive when they purchase a plan.
- We will need a dedicated page where we can generate X coupons (We set the number of desired coupons and the plan that will be assigned to users who used them), which users can use to create new accounts:
- We also need a redeem page, where users with some coupons will be able to create their accounts.
- We would like to change the plan logic:
- Replace Stripe with Paddle.
- Right now we have 2 plans, check the last 50 instagram images or ALL instagram images, since we will add URL image scraping we should change to the below plans.

- Each user will have a credits balance that he will use either to check uniqueness of:
Instagram Images:
Either ALL IMAGES: we fetch the number of images and check balance if the balance is good we do it, else we show a warning.
Or We ask the user how many last images to check, he put a number we check his balance if all is good we do the scan else we show a warning to top up the account.
URL: We scrape the user link and get all the images (urls), we show the list to the user and ask him to select the desired images to be scanned:
We check the user balance based on his plan:
Fresh/Ultra security only.
We don’t check any balance for the Unlimited users.
