KYC Verification Web API in C#

I need to develop a module that includes KYC (Know Your Customer). The idea is to be able to sign a contract online, where the person can be validated with their face and also their official ID from their country, which in this case would be the image. The person would sign digitally on the web, and in addition, the information of their face and official ID data would be stored to verify that the person really signed. I would like the project to be in .NET 9 for the backend and Vue 3 for the frontend.
