Interview Proxy for Senior Dev Roles
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am currently in the final stages of multiple interview processes with several recruiters and companies for senior/lead developer roles. The tech stack required includes Java, C#, Python, React Native, and .NET, and I’m looking for a skilled partner who can confidently handle the technical and HR calls on my behalf.
What I’m offering:
A monthly retainer arrangement.
$100 upfront before you start taking calls (commitment fee).
$300 per month once we secure the job (paid regularly every month).
What I need from you:
Strong hands-on experience in at least 3 of the 5 technologies mentioned above.
Excellent spoken English – you’ll be interacting with US/UK-based recruiters and technical panels.
Professional demeanour and reliability – calls are scheduled frequently, and I need someone who can be available on short notice.
This is not a full-time role – it's flexible, remote, and performance-based. If you're confident in your skills and communication, this could be a great way to earn steady extra income with minimal time investment.
