Interfacing with medical lab analyser

Bi-Directional TCP/IP Interfacing with clinical laboratory analyser. ASTM Protocol used. The application should send the test requests/ test order to the analyser and get the results from the analyser then decrypt the received data as per the ASTM manual of the analyser and save it as a dot CSV file. The client may send the report from the lab analyser manually, in that case, the application should read the data from the TCP/IP interface and decrypt the received data and save it as a dot CSV file. The analyser PC and the LIS PC will be connected through the RJ45 LAN cable.
The code must be written in either VB.net or C# using dot net framework 4.5.2 or higher version.
No third party DLL be used.
Vedicans Systems will be the sole owner of the code once delivered and Vedicans Systems will have all the rights to modify, sell.
