Installation File Using InstallForge

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an installation file using InstallForge.
We have a Desktop application written in vb.net.
Currently using InstallForge to compile and create an installation file.
As well as compiling the application, InstallForge is also able to upload the installation file directly to our website.

The project requirements are as follows:

Operating System Support:
- The installation file should be compatible with Windows.

File Type:
- The freelancer should create an EXE file.

Installation Options:
- The file should include options for automatic installation.
- User can select to install "All supporting files" i.e. Full or New Installation
- User can select to install "Update Only" i.e. Program File Only

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with InstallForge or similar installation file creation tools.
- Proficiency in Windows operating system.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation for automatic installation.
- Knowledge of including Certificates with installation
