Image Processing Application Using openCV and VB.Net or C# Standalone Desktop App -- 3

I am looking for a freelancer to develop an Image Processing Application using openCV and VB.Net or C# Standalone Desktop App. The primary functionality of the application is Object Detection with the ability to detect rectangles in selected images. After detecting the rectangles, the application should crop each photo and signatures inside rectangle. After cropping Skew & Straightning each Cropped Photo and if signatures is being cropped than cleaning the signatures by removing background, make background clear white and foreground sginature ink as black than convert the signature into vector. The preferred output format for the cropped images is JPEG and for signature it is vector image

Same process should be followed to Crop and Save Signatures which are below each Photo after Skew & Straightning

Skills and experience required for this job include:

- Proficiency in openCV and VB.Net or C#
- Experience in Object Detection and Image Processing
- Knowledge of different image formats and their conversion
- Strong problem-solving skills
