Home Maintenance SaaS Web application and background APIs

I'm looking to develop a home maintenance app that primarily tracks and schedules various house maintenance tasks. It also keeps a log of finished tasks in a diary like view where users can also add new notes. The app will run in Azure and on PostgreSQL. Emphasis is on good API-based architecture and fluent UI.

Key Features:
- Task Tracking: The app should be able to track regular cleaning, appliance servicing, as well as plumbing and electrical checks.
- Task Library: The app can suggest suitable tasks based on the features of users house
- Reminders: The app should send notifications for upcoming maintenance tasks.
- Partner network: Users can contact local contractors to do their maintenance tasks

Ideal Skills:
- .NET architecture, API based development, modern and easy to maintain code
- Database planning and efficient queries
- Web app development with ReactJS, Blazor or other modern UI framework
- UX/UI Design: The app should be user-friendly with an intuitive interface.
- Notification System: Proven experience in implementing a reliable notification system within an app.
- Good communication skills
