Project Overview: We are seeking a skilled .NET/MSSQL Developer to enhance our healthcare application with specific functionalities related to SOAP Notes, pain mapping, and ADL metrics. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of patient care documentation.
Responsibilities:
Text Entry for SOAP Notes:
Implement a text entry system for SOAP Notes, ensuring each note is stored in the database attached to the respective session.
Track the completion status of SOAP Notes, updating the session status
Each section (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) displays the relevant history of prior visits below the textarea.
SOAP Note History:
Implement a drill-down table that displays all prior visits, allowing users to review the history of SOAP Notes.
Custom SOAP Note Templates:
Develop a custom button on SOAP Notes allowing users to insert template text.
Enable different templates for various client types.
Create admin settings for changing templates based on customer types.
Store customizable templates by company, allowing for tailored documentation.
Pain Image Map:
Design and implement a pain map feature where users can input pain levels on different parts of a body image.
Track and display pain levels from session to session, showing changes (increase/decrease) over time.
Allow users to click on pain levels to update, move, or remove the displayed numbers.
User can navigate the images of the body to allow for more precise location.
System will inform user if pain level exists on other images.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Metrics:
Implement a system to input and track Activities of Daily Living (ADL) metrics, with values ranging from 0-10.
Compare current ADL metrics against previous levels and note progress when available.
Change background colors based on improvement, decline, no progress, or no prior data for easy visual interpretation.
Printing and Saving SOAP Notes:
Enable users to print SOAP Notes.
Allow users to select one or more SOAP Notes to print or save as PDF.
