We in need of a HTML Builder system. And we need you to write the project spec in debt before starting.
Basic we neeed a system that can turn a html template into working website with content and images based on different topics. The template is a news kind of style.
You should be able to make this system
You should be able to scrape google for different topics
You should be able to work with API¨s to use other tools with this system
If you can work with .net would be great, since we have a other system made in this.
We need a good framework for the design part so the UX looks very good.
We need a fixed price for the project.
