Hi, I need software to manage a gaming cafe with gaming consoles like PS5, Xbox, VR and Racing Wheels.
Requirements:
1. Time management (In and out of customers, Start and stop timings)
2. Cafe management (Add snacks and other items to the logged-in system)
3. Price management (Adjustable pricing based on the controllers per system, User varies from 1-4 per system)
4. Membership Management ( Add, Edit, Recharge cash, Link the card to the user, Same to be linked to the RF embedded machine, special price )
5. Admin module (Add an inventory, price management, growth charts, download the monthly report, yearly report, expenditure chart, profit/loss, add new system)
