GCC-based IT Software Project Manager (.NET, React, Azure)

Job Title: Software Project Manager – .NET, React JS & Azure
Location: GCC Region (Hybrid On-Site Client Projects Across Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia & GCC)
We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on Software Project Manager with strong technical understanding of Microsoft technologies, enterprise solution delivery, and client-facing project execution.
The ideal candidate must have experience managing software engineering teams delivering enterprise-grade applications using .NET, React JS, Azure Cloud, APIs, integrations, and modern DevOps practices for government and enterprise clients.
This role requires frequent travel across GCC countries for on-site project execution, stakeholder management, workshops, deployment coordination, and delivery governance. All travel, accommodation, and business expenses will be covered by the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end software project delivery lifecycle across multiple GCC client engagements
* Coordinate with engineering, UI/UX, QA, infrastructure, and business teams
* Lead delivery of enterprise applications built on .NET, React JS, Azure, APIs, and cloud-native architectures
* Drive project planning, sprint execution, risk management, and delivery timelines
* Conduct client meetings, workshops, demos, and requirement gathering sessions
* Monitor development quality, delivery progress, documentation, and production readiness
* Work closely with government and enterprise stakeholders across the region
* Coordinate deployments, UAT activities, issue resolution, and go-live support
* Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise delivery standards
* Prepare executive reports, status updates, and project governance documentation
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in Software Project Management / Technical Project Management
* Good understanding of:
* Microsoft .NET / ASP.NET Core
* React JS
* Microsoft Azure
* REST APIs & enterprise integrations
* Azure DevOps / Jira / Agile methodologies
* Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in high-pressure enterprise/government environments
* Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a strong advantage
* Willingness to travel frequently across GCC countries
Preferred Experience
* Experience with government, justice, healthcare, banking, or enterprise transformation projects
* Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture
* Experience handling production rollouts and mission-critical systems
