About the Role:
We are hiring a Full Stack .NET Developer with strong front-end experience in React, Angular, or Vue.js, to join remote Agile teams supporting US-based software companies.

Before starting any project, you must pass multiple interview stages — and we’re only looking for professionals who are fully comfortable and confident with this process.

Interview Readiness Is Critical
Getting selected for a project begins with video-based interviews, and you must be fully prepared and comfortable with:
HR Screening (English fluency required)
Client-Facing Meetings (First impressions matter)
Live Technical Interviews with Coding Tests (Real-time coding and problem-solving)
Team Meetings and Agile Ceremonies (Stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core / C# and modern JavaScript frameworks
Contribute to an Agile team through code reviews, daily standups, and collaboration
Build and consume REST APIs; integrate with front-end UI components
Communicate proactively with distributed team members and clients

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong backend experience: .NET Core / C#
Frontend proficiency: React, Angular, or Vue.js (at least one)
Solid understanding of: RESTful APIs, SQL, Git
Agile team experience
Fluent English (spoken and written) — must be able to speak clearly and professionally

Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Prior work with US clients or startups

Compensation:
Based on skills and experience
Up to $3,000/month (negotiable)
