Full Stack Developer for UK Startup

Looking for an INDIVIDUAL (not a company, intermediary or consultancy etc) who can support our current CTO at a start-up that is based in UK and has early revenue and customers.

Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Early Stage Startup


Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize our .NET 8 web application using Razor Pages and Bootstrap 5.

Build modular, scalable features such as EPC data tools, boiler age checkers, and user dashboards.

Integrate and consume third-party APIs (e.g., UK EPC database, boiler registries).

Design backend logic to support customer journeys, data tracking, and performance metrics.

Set up lightweight deployment pipelines (Azure App Services, Docker) and basic CI/CD automation.

Handle basic DevOps tasks and cloud resource management with cost-consciousness in mind.

Collaborate closely on product ideation, UX design feedback, and lean feature validation.

Work flexibly across frontend/backend, prioritizing fast iteration and user value.


Requirements:

Proficiency in C# (.NET 6/8) and Razor Pages (MVC or Blazor a bonus).

Solid frontend experience using Bootstrap 5, JavaScript, and responsive design practices.

Experience with REST API integration and working with external data sources.

Comfortable with SQL databases and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).

Exposure to cloud platforms, especially Azure, and basic infrastructure know-how (App Services, containers).

Ability to work independently, solve ambiguous problems, and prioritize for business impact.
