D365 FnO Technical Consultant (The role of Technical Consultant is involved in the end-to-end support of application systems, from requirement analysis, design, development, to system maintenance and support)

Responsibilities : -

 Provide full cycle implementation, consulting, configuration, training, installation and support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and operation / AX 2012.
 Independently able to work and manage customer requirements.
 Enhance/ Customize Dynamics 365 F&O for based on customer requirements.
 Must have done at least 1 Dynamics 365 F&O in-house experience.
 Enhance Dynamics 365 F&O using X++ with extension.
 Enhance Dynamics 365 F&O reports, knowledge of SSRS.
 Integration with Dynamics 365 F&O.
 Conduct full Dynamics 365 F&O operations and retail systems installation and configuration.
 Understand end to end overview process for Dynamics 365 for retail.
 Provide technical support to diagnose and resolve system issues.
