Fine tune and submit Xamarin app

I have a Xamarin mobile application, it needs minor fine tuning:
1- Logo instead of Xamarin logo in all app
2- One bug, blank page on iPAD screen to be fixed
3- Submit to iTunes Connect test flight (Access will be granted)
