Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I work in a scenario where all files created are reviewed by at least 1 person. I'd like to have 2 features to be able to accomplish this similar to windows file explorer. First the app needs to be an add on to file explorer or at least have the basic features of file explorer (copy, paste, cut, drag/drop, delete, rename, new folders, etc).
a) ability to add "sign off" to a file by one or more people (this would be the windows logged in username and the current system date). It would need to be displayed within the program (column next to each file with sign offs). The data can be stored as metadata with the file (preferable) or a separate datafile within a predetermined folder on a network.
b) ability to add "review comments" associated with a file, respond to the comments and mark as cleared. For example, if reviewing a file, I find issues with it, I want to be able to document those issues for someone to address and respond to. The data can be stored as metadata with the file or a separate datafile within a predetermined folder.
Deliverables: full code and installer with exe
Milestones: 50% on proof of concept (screen share showing me it works in your live environment), 50% upon successful testing and bug resolution.
