Event-Driven SharePoint Workflow Development -- 2

I'm looking for an expert SharePoint developer to create an event-driven workflow for me. The primary purpose of this workflow is to facilitate the processing of form submissions.

Key Requirements:
- Proficient in SharePoint with strong experience in developing workflows
- In-depth understanding of event-driven workflows
- Ability to implement triggers based on form submissions

Basic Project Layout below.
1. User creates new customer
2. User create new order
3. Order status gets display on screen in Plant (view)
4. Plant fulfills order and updates order status to Fulfilled
5. Fulfilled order automatically creates Bill of Lading Word Document
6. Document link get produced and sent to shipping manager for approval
7. Shipping manager edits (if needed) then approval BOL.
8. Approval changes order status to ready to Invoice
9. Ready to Invoice Status sends Teams Message to Accounting Department to create invoice in Quickbooks.
10. Accounting Department Creates Invoice, updates amount in Sharepoint and updates status to Invoiced
11. Managers get notification of completed with order total
