AI Estimation Tool Development

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create an voice prompt AI estimation program for desktop on Windows. This tool will be essential for streamlining job cost estimations for my company which is in the residential remodeling construction industry. Would like it to total the project management, overhead and profit at the end which is calculated as a percentage based on the total of all the work items. I have a copy of how I want it to look, but we are currently doing all the calculations manually.
