Equestrian "Eventing" Live Software and Web Update for Equestrian Sports -- 3

We are a Company for Sport-Timing, specially for Equestrian- and Ski Sports.
The software for Equestrian Jumping and Ski already exists and customer can look theyr results here: equestre.zeitmessungen.ch (Live Timing Equestre V1.7)

But Equestrian Sports have more disciplines as only Jumping.
For Live Timing Equestre V 1.7 we want upgrade to the discipline "Eventing" also known as "CC" (Concours Complet).
Eventing contents Dressage, Jumping and Cross discipline.
So everybody can see our VServer all over the world can follow the current athlet, start lists, rank lists etc.
From the Main-Software "Equestre Professional" we have a small Upload-App (local or on an other PC in the LAN) to upload the timing information to our website in live.
What we need:
- Software update (Uploader from Local to the website for Equestrian and Ski)
- Extending the website with a beautiful modern layout also for mobile phones
- Software and website is multilingual, with minimum English, German, French and Italian
- Here you can see Version 1.4 of Equestre Pro Live: equestre.zeitmessungen.ch
- Here you can see Version 1.0 of Ski Pro Live: ski.zeitmessungen.ch
- The user can click on the Current Event
- The user can choose the discipline Dressage, Jumping and Cross and the Overview for "Eventing"
- the user can see in the overview all results for Eventing and ranking
- Some little extensions and cosmetic works...
- We are the owner of the codes!
- We don't pay any upfronts or initial costs
- Please only real Professionals and full stack developer
