Employee Review System
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
Project Overview:
The objective of this project is to develop a web application for employees in our organization to review their performance half-yearly, with manager feedback. The application will include features mainly such as a dashboard for tracking review progress, previous reviews in PDF format, performance review forms for employees to submit and for managers to review the same, organisation screen for HR to manage employee organisation assignments and finally a screen to add employees into the system.
Project Scope:
The scope of the project includes the development of the web application with the following screens:
Login - User Email IDs registered with the system should recieve a temp password and upon first login should be prompted to change.
Dashboard-- A dashboard that displays the progress of current reviews (how many are yet to complete); assigning a start date and an end date for the reviews wherein the start date will trigger automatic emails to employees to start their reviews and once every week a reminder sent to them until the end date asking them to complete the review.
The dashboard will also give the ability to HR to Reopen a signed review which if opened is sent back to that respective employee from the start.
Previous Reviews-- A screen that displays the previous two years' reviews in PDF format for reference.
Performance Review-- A screen where employees and managers can complete their respective review forms, with automated PDF generation after the manager has submitted/signed his employees form.
Organization -- A screen for HR to manage employee organization assignments (Ability to remove,replace and add subordinates).
Add Employee-- Where the HR will be able to add employees into the system.
The mock UI is attached below along with the sample Performance Review form which the screen in web application should contain.

Front end - as per your comfort. Back end - .Net Core. Db- Azure PostgresSQL
User Requirements:
All the above screens will be visible only to HR.
Manager will be able to view Previous Reviews screen, Performance Review screen of themselves and their respective subordinates.
Employees will be able to view only their Preivous Reviews and Performance Review screens.
Design Requirements:
The application's design should closely resemble the UIZard project template that will be provided. The UI/UX should be user-friendly, visually appealing, and consistent throughout the screens.
Deliverables:
Sprint delviery. Complete code handoff into Azure DevOps upon completion.
Timeline:
Expected by June 15,2023.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communication can be done through MS Teams or Google Meet, with regular updates on progress and milestone achievements. Collaboration with the project stakeholder, who will be the point of contact for payments and deliverable handover, will be required.
Budget:
The budget for each sprint can be discussed in detail during the project kickoff meeting.
