Email Contact

I have an existing project with source code that sends emails to client. I would like to add the following functionality to this project. After the email has been sent it is no-longer visible in the DataGridView and it is stored in the Microsoft Access Database as sent and shows only those clients in the DataGridView that has not been sent.
