ECAdmin: React Application Development & .NET API Integration - I'm looking to build a new React application that leverages a .NET API, all from scratch while utilizing an existing SQL database.

I'm searching for a skilled developer to create a React application from scratch with integration to a .NET API. This application will need to make use of an existing SQL database.

- **Core Functionalities:**
- **User Authentication:** Secure login system using email and password. This system should ensure that user data is protected and only authorized users can access the application.
- **CRUD Operations:** The ability for users to create, read, update, and delete data within the database seamlessly. This includes managing user details, settings, and other data points relevant to the application.
- **Role-Based Access Control (RBAC):** Different levels of access and permissions for users based on their role within the application.

The purpose is to evaluate the performance and quality of the first phase with the intention to continue working with the other two phases. Once the first solution is delivered, a new estimation and timings will have to be provided.

Considerations:
- The work management should be based on ADO Workitems, so you will have to work with PBIs, Defects, etc and update your board accordingly.
- Sometimes you will have to attend some meetings (only whenever is required) to discuss specific project details and/or clarify some questions/concerns.
- You will work in your local environment, but database should be pointed to our DEV environment (you will need to deploy also to our dev environment to ensure your features are working fine in a deployed hosting-server).
- Demos should be provided by the freelancer at a scheduled date. The environment to proceed with the demo MUST be our QA environment (you will need to deploy to DEV to ensure your new features are working fine, and also will need to deploy to QA for the demo purposes).
- Code review MUST BE required.
- Keep in mind that if the code does not meet our expectations, your code will be rejected even though it does what it was specified. We must approve your code before we consider this feature as completed.
- Design and security is very important for the website, please consider that there are high expectations for the results.
- Software must be exclusive to Devstudio.
- You will push your code changes daily basis to our repository and once you complete a feature you should deploy to our dev environment so we can review it and test it out as an integrated feature.
- Front-end features like validations are much required to make the site more interactive.
- Website should be full responsive.
- Timeframes deliveries are provided by you.
- There should be N revisions for changes/adjustments code fixes until the work satisfies the expectations.
- Database details will be provided by us.
- Development environment details and access will be provided by us.
- Payment will be released until all the requirements have been completed and expectations are met.
- Once completed the first wave of features, we will require to work on more features, so if you want to continue working with us, we will define new requirements for you and you will provide your time-cost estimates to initiate a new cycle-project.
