Drupal E-commerce Site Upgrade - 20/06/2025 06:01 EDT

Upgrade current Drupal ecom site: the current site is running on Drupal 8.9.20. To upgrade it to Drupal 10, we first need to update it to Drupal 9, and then proceed to Drupal 10.
During this upgrade process:
All contributed modules need to be updated to versions compatible with Drupal 9 and 10.
The custom modules must be reviewed and updated as well to ensure compatibility with the latest Drupal APIs and coding standards.
The theme files on the site also need to be checked and upgraded accordingly to support the latest core version.
There are a few custom modules present on the site which seem to involve API integrations, and their code needs to be reviewed to determine the required updates. These modules include:
- Chatbot Integration
- Ping
- 1 additional internal API Integration
ADDITIONALLY:
--> UI touch ups on results, view more etc
--> Investigate any issues from integration calculations. May need to work on the source side APIs (in .NET) either directly or with our other devs
--> Work on and improve Drupal Blocks for promos (content comes from API - but this is cumbersome and not ideal)
--> Ad hoc bug fixes
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED please give an effort estimate for the above, as well as your expected timeline and real ongoing hourly rate.
