Document Index Automation in SharePoint

I need a tool to analyze a SharePoint folder containing imported medical records and other documents (Word and PDF). The tool should generate an Excel index with:

- Document title
- Number of pages

Additionally, I need to compare this index with previous versions to identify duplicates, which should be highlighted.

Requirements:
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with document analysis tools
- Ability to create Excel reports
