I'm looking for a seasoned developer to create a comprehensive RESTful-API library tailored for the DXTrade, Tradelocker and Match Trade Trading Platforms. This library should support a range of functionalities including:

- Order execution
- Account balance retrieval
- Trade history access
- Opening and closing trades via REST-API
- Setting or modifying existing Take Profit/Stop Loss

Key Requirements:
- Develop the library using .NET
