Desktop Pharmacy Management System Development

Job ID: 40628029

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I want to build a full-stack desktop application that enables pharmacists in my store to manage daily operations from a single, intuitive interface. The core modules I need are:

• Inventory management that keeps real-time stock levels, tracks expiry dates, and provides low-stock alerts.
• Prescription handling with quick patient lookup, doctor information capture, and automated interaction checks.
• Sales reporting that summarises daily and monthly revenue, highlights best-selling medicines, and exports to CSV or PDF.

The entire workflow—from receiving a prescription to final sale—has to feel seamless on a desktop computer, so performance and an offline-friendly architecture are important. A clean UI/UX, role-based access, and straightforward installation on Windows are must-haves.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional desktop executable with installer
2. Well-commented source code and build instructions
3. Brief user guide for pharmacists and a one-page technical overview

Acceptance criteria: all three modules operate without crashes, reports generate accurately, and the inventory count updates automatically after each sale. Feel free to propose your preferred tech stack; cross-platform frameworks such as Electron, .NET (WPF/WinUI), or JavaFX are acceptable as long as they deliver a smooth desktop experience.
