We need a desktop application where we have an opening GUI and buttons for navigation.
The visitor can choose any button and open the submenus, and view the video connected with the buttons on each submenu. The hierarachy is limited to 3 levels.
The menus is limited to 7, and submenus with each menu is also limited to 7.
The Administrator should be able to manage the menus, submenus and related videos.
The admin usage has to be password protected.
All buttons will have a small picture button.
