Deploy React & .NET on KVM
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I’m running a fresh KVM 1 VPS on Hostinger and I need the whole stack—React front-end, .NET back-end, and a SQL database—live in production. The machine is still vanilla, so you’ll start by choosing and hardening the OS (most likely Ubuntu, but I’m flexible if you see a better fit).
Once the base is ready, I’ll count on you to:
• install the correct Node, React build tools, and the matching .NET runtime
• wire the SQL engine (SQL Server or MariaDB—advise me on the pros and cons for this size app)
• configure Nginx or Apache as a reverse proxy with HTTPS, automatic renewals, and sensible caching
• set up environment variables outside the repo, log rotation, and a simple backup routine
• give me a one-command (or CI/CD) deployment path so I can push future updates without touching the server manually
The job is done when:
1. The React site loads over HTTPS from my domain.
2. All API routes served by .NET respond correctly and hit the database.
3. You hand over a short markdown file describing every step, the commands you ran, and how to repeat the deployment on a new VPS.
SSH access can be granted immediately; I’m on UTC+1 and can coordinate real-time if you prefer screen sharing for the first setup. Let me know your approach and an estimated timeline, and we’ll get started right away.
Need to be completed in 1 hour
